For hard wired high speed Internet access, please use the Internet connection marked in ORANGE, located under the work desk in your room. Rollaway Beds 

Available for a charge of $10.00 a night. Children under 18 stay free with parents or guardian. Contact the front desk by dialing "0".

Check-in Time 

Check-in time begins at 2:00 pm. Arrangements can be made should you wish to store your luggage prior to that time.

Check-out Time 

Check-out time is 11:00 am. If your scheduled departure does not coincide with this check-out time, please contact Guest Services where every effort will be made to accommodate you.

Credit Policy

Credit may be established at time of check-in by presenting one of the following valid credit cards to the Front Desk: American Express, Optima, VISA, JCB, Diners Club, MasterCard or Discover Card. Each credit card has a hotel limit; so if you are staying for an extended period of time, please do not be offended if we contact you to extend authorization on your card.

Cash in Advance In lieu of credit payment, advance payment of room charge is required for entire length of stay. Please note that advance payment of room DOES NOT ESTABLISH CHARGING PRIVILEGES. Guests on a cash basis may not charge incidentals to their room account. Charges must be paid as they are incurred. Telephone charges will need to be brought to a current status daily. A $100.00 cash deposit is required at check-in.

Check Cashing Policy 

Unfortunately, we are unable to cash personal or company checks. There is a full service Rockport Savings Bank located on Main St. just down the street from the hotel.

Guest Laundry Valet Service 

Daily pick up and drop off is available by dialing “0” All cleaning must be dropped at the front desk before 8am and will be returned by 6:30pm, Monday thru Friday. All Laundry & Dry Cleaning charges are based on the cost of the operation and not the value of the articles.

A red light on your telephone indicates you have a message or mail. To access your voice mail, lift receiver and press the message button. You will receive a recorded message of introduction to voice mail with instructions. You may also contact the Front Desk by dialing "0".

Your Vehicle 

Lock your vehicle and do not leave money or valuables inside. We are not responsible for loss.

Travelers With Disabilities 

This hotel, like all hotels in the Choice System, is committed to providing accessible facilities for travelers with disabilities. If you encounter barriers during your stay, please contact the Manager on duty by dialing "0". 

Safe Deposit Boxes 

Do not leave money or valuables in your room. We provide safe deposit boxes for your use in your Guest Room. A Safe Warranty Fee of $1.05 is applied to your bill nightly. Under state law the hotel is not responsible for loss unless articles have been properly stored in these boxes.

Double Locks and Chains 

For additional security, utilize the deadbolt and safety bar lock provided on your door upon entering.

Admittance 

Do not admit persons to your room without first making identification. A "door viewer" is provided for your convenience. If there is any doubt about the person's true identity, please contact our Front Desk by dialing "0".

Keys 

Do safeguard your key. Be sure to leave it with the cashier upon departure. Do not leave it in the room or in the door. Do not give the key to others. if you have misplaced your key, please notify our Front Desk so that a new card sequence can be established and a new key issued. You will be required to present identification before a new key is issued.
